Situated directly on Girt beach in the centre of the villages, the Old School House enjoys panoramic views to sea. The ever changing views of the shipping, tides and bird life add to the charms of this corner of Cornwall.

The Sandy Girt beach to which the house has direct access from the kitchen door, offers safe bathing, launching and beaching for yachts and dinghies.

The property is over 200 years old and as well as being a school, it has also served the villages as a tannery, brewery and originally as a fish processing unit.

In 1976 the Old School House was converted into 5 private dwellings and in 1981 we bought no. 3 as our holiday home. We hope you enjoy its peace and unique position as much as we do.
